Dr Gayani Herath qualified from the University of Bristol in 2002 and went on to complete junior doctor and then GP training in 2007. She now works as a Salaried GP at Hanham Health and is an Academic GP at Bristol Medical School teaching medical students. She was also a GPwER (GP with Extended Role) in Musculoskeletal Medicine in South Glos for many years.
