Dr Jayne Ayers

Primary qualifications: MBChB DRCOG DFSRH MRCGP
Dr Jayne Ayers studied medicine at Edinburgh University, qualifying in 1993. She initially worked in hospital posts, subsequently gaining a diploma from the Royal college of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. She completed General Practice training in 1998 and was awarded Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners. She has been a Partner at Oldland Surgery since 1999.
Dr Ayers enjoys all aspects of General Practice, taking particular interest in sexual health, gynaecology and the treatment of diabetes. As such, she went on to study and gain a diploma in the faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health. Dr Ayers is a GP trainer and lead GP for research in the Practice.
